The shop behind the parts
Guru Machines Inc. is a precision CNC machine shop in Brampton, Ontario. We machine components for engineering teams, purchasing departments and maintenance groups who need a part made correctly the first time.
Our floor covers simultaneous 5-axis milling, hard milling up to 60 HRC, turning, surface grinding and dimensional inspection. The bridge mill takes parts to 118 inches long, which lets us take on work that most shops of our size have to decline.
We work in single prototypes and in repeat production runs. The same review, the same inspection and the same documentation apply to both.

We quote what we can hold
Every drawing is reviewed against the machines that will actually cut it. If the tolerance or the material is outside what we can prove, we say so at the quote rather than at the delivery.
One person owns the job
From the quote through material purchase, machining, outside processing and inspection, one contact tracks the job and tells you where it stands without being chased.
Nothing ships uninspected
Parts are checked in process at the machine and verified on the Mitutoyo CMM before packing, with the dimensional record kept against the job.
