What we do for you

From the first review of your model to the finished, inspected part on your dock.

Six services, one shop

  • Service 01

    CNC milling

Simultaneous 5-axis milling on DMG DMU machines, plus bridge mill and vertical capacity for large plate and structural work.

    • 5-axis contoured surfaces and compound angles
    • Hard milling up to 60 HRC
    • Parts up to 118 × 48 × 36 in
    • Prototype through medium-volume runs
  • Service 02

    CNC turning

Turned components to ⌀ 15 × 24 in, with live tooling and C-axis work so many parts finish complete in one setup.

    • Shafts, bushings, flanges and housings
    • C-axis milling and cross drilling
    • Threading, grooving and boring
    • Bar and billet stock
  • Service 03

    Engineering support

We review your model before we cut, and flag anything that will cost you money in the shop but nothing to change on screen.

    • Design for manufacture review
    • Fixture and workholding design
    • CAM programming and simulation
    • Material and process selection
  • Service 04

    Inspection

Dimensional inspection on a Mitutoyo CMM with a 35 × 40 × 24 in measuring range, before anything leaves the floor.

    • First article inspection
    • In-process dimensional checks
    • GD&T verification per ASME Y14.5
    • Written dimensional reports
  • Service 05

    Secondary operations

We manage heat treatment, finishing and specialist processes through vetted partners so you place one order, not five.

    • Heat treatment and stress relief
    • Anodising, plating and painting
    • EDM and wire cutting
    • Gear cutting and splines
  • Service 06

    Fabrication and assembly

Welded frames, brackets and sub-assemblies machined and fitted so the part arrives ready to install.

    • Welded and fabricated structures
    • Machining of weldments
    • Component sub-assembly
    • Kitting and packaging

Secondary operations

Everything after the cut

We coordinate the outside processes ourselves, track the schedule and inspect the parts when they come back.

  • Heat treatment

Hardening, tempering, annealing and stress relief scheduled around the machining sequence so parts hold size.

  • Surface processing

Anodising, plating, powder coating, painting, passivation and bead blasting through approved finishers.

  • EDM

Wire and sinker EDM for sharp internal corners, keyways and features that cannot be reached with a cutter.

  • Gear work

Spur gears, splines, racks and toothed profiles cut to drawing and inspected before assembly.

Project management

Complete project management

One point of contact from quote to delivery. We handle material purchase, machining, outside processing, inspection and shipping, and we tell you where the job stands without being chased.

Send whatever you have. A finished 3D model is fastest, but a scanned print or a sample part is enough for us to start.
